About our conference rooms:
Hula offers three conference rooms available for public booking — no membership required. Designed for collaboration and creativity, they’re the perfect setting for staff retreats, board meetings, strategy sessions, and more. All rooms come equipped with a display screen, a UC system for presenting & video conferencing, and large whiteboards.
For members, there are an additional seven other conference rooms for convenient booking, as well as over 30 privacy pods for conversations and meetings. Additionally we have over 40 couches and lounge spaces on campus for connecting, chatting and catching up.

Holiday Update: Hula offices will be closed to the public from Dec. 22, 2025 through Jan 4, 2026. New conference bookings from non-members will not be able to be redeemed during that time.
