Preppi Market & Eatery, founded by chef Clarina Cravins, launched out of Hula as a grab-and-go concept and has grown into a full-service café right on campus.
Open Monday–Friday from 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Preppi serves up fresh, locally sourced meals that blend comfort and creativity. The menu features a rotating by-the-pound salad and hot bar, daily lunch plates with seasonal sides, and a grab-and-go case stocked with wraps, prepared meals, and charcuterie snack packs—all crafted with sustainability in mind.
