Approximately 85 million adult women in the U.S. and over 1 billion worldwide struggle with disrupted sleep, yet few receive the care or understanding they need. For decades, women’s sleep has been shaped by male-centric research and screening tools, overlooked hormonal and circadian shifts, and a broader culture that encourages women to “just push through” their most vulnerable windows. The resulting health impact has rippled across fertility, mood, weight, mental health, aging, and nearly every system in a woman’s body.

Sleep for Women is committed to helping women thrive at every life stage by giving them the clarity, tools, and support they need to restore their sleep and build a resilient health foundation.
