Join us for a workshop led by Annie Valentine, focused on building practical tools to assess, respond to, and reduce the risk of harm in elevated or high-stress situations.
Together, we’ll explore how self-regulation and de-escalation can be used to promote safety, manage tense interactions, and set healthy boundaries—at work and beyond.
This training draws on resources from the Howard Center, the Center for Health and Wellbeing, and the Division of Safety and Compliance at the University of Vermont.
