Fitness Center
A complete fitness experience: Hula’s center includes free weights, yoga space, cardio, plus lockers and showers. Open 24/7 for Hula members, it is a central part of the campus, and a reminder to balance wellbeing with work.
Renewable Energy Powered
Hula is designed for 100% renewable energy with geothermal heating & cooling, 1 megawatt rooftop solar array, and 12 EV charging stations. The campus has been recognized as a model for other spaces to emulate when it comes to sustainable design.
Pollinator Garden
Over an acre of colorful native wildflowers blooming to feed the hummingbirds, butterflies, bees and more. Its a calming space to catch a breath, reflect, and enjoy the natural world.
The Patio
A community favorite for co-working, meeting and soaking in amazing views of the lake. Equal parts gathering place, workspace, and front-row seat to the lake, it’s where productivity meets fresh air and good company.
Getting Here & Transportation
Indoor and outdoor bike storage, plus showers and changing rooms for when you need them. Grab a rental bike, or take advantage of ample parking and EV charging stations.

The Burlington Surf Club and Savu Sauna offer lakeside experiences just steps from our doors and are favorites of the Hula community. Imagine a sauna session in the morning, working at Hula during the day, and relaxing at the beach by the afternoon.

Vermont's farm-to-table eatery offering locally sourced food. Fresh salads, hot bar, daily specials, and grab-and-go lunch options that are nourishing that celebrate real good food.
Brio Coffeeworks
A local specialty coffee bar, roastery, and networking hotspot in Hula. Brio serves up espresso drinks and breakfast baked goods to make sure the energy at Hula is never lacking.
