Ilana Miller is Hula's people-focused Events & Hospitality Lead. With a background spanning hospitality, corporate partnerships, and nonprofit work, she brings a community-first approach to everything she does, from designing memorable experiences to building meaningful connections between organizations and the people they serve.

Before joining Hula, Ilana spent years at Welcome.US, where she partnered with Fortune 100 and 500 companies including T-Mobile, Bank of America, and Accenture to support refugee resettlement efforts across the country. She coordinated career readiness workshops, led corporate pro bono legal initiatives, and helped bring thousands of refugees online through a national device distribution program with T-Mobile. She also spent several years at Burton Snowboards, working in both sales and customer service roles.

Ilana holds a B.A. in Culture and Communication from Ithaca College and is a graduate of the Vermont Council on World Affairs Global Leadership Program.

When she's not working, you'll likely find her out on the lake wakesurfing or paddleboarding, up in the mountains snowboarding, or visiting her favorite city - Montréal. She speaks both French and German, and although she no longer works professionally in refugee resettlement, she continues to volunteer with USCRI and the Vermont Afghan Alliance.
