Tino Rutanhira, Executive Director of Business Development and co-founder of the Vermont Professionals of Color Network (VTPoC), will share his personal journey and the story behind building an organization of support for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color in Vermont.
Tino will highlight how minority- and diverse-owned businesses are critical drivers of local economic development by creating jobs, generating wealth, and strengthening communities, particularly in underserved areas.
