Conflict isn't the problem. Your relationship to it is.
Most leaders have been conditioned to manage conflict to smooth it, soften it, or eliminate it as quickly as possible. This workshop challenges that instinct directly. Generative Conflict is conflict engaged for something: better decisions, stronger teams, more honest organizations. It is a skill that needs to be learned and a muscle that needs to be exercised. It serves to sharpen your own thinking, not to dismantle someone else's. It is inclusive, relational, and necessary.
This small-group, interactive session is designed for founders, executives, and organizational leaders ready to stop wasting time and energy treating conflict as a liability, and start leveraging it as the generative force it is.
You'll leave with a different relationship to tension. Not a higher tolerance for it, but an appreciation of it.
