We’ll talk about the full-being benefits of taking breaks, how to navigate the discomfort of pressing pause, and we’ll even venture to the Hula fitness center to demonstrate easy ways to utilize the space. You’ll leave with a personalized kit of Emergency Energy exercises for when you feel yourself entering overwhelm, but have a long to-do list ahead of you, and don’t want to pour that 4th cup (it won’t help anyway…).
