About The Reef:

With its stunning views, abundant natural light, and modern design, The Reef sets the stage for gatherings that feel fresh, dynamic, and inspiring. Whether you’re hosting a networking mixer, a leadership retreat, a speaker panel, or a team celebration, this space offers the perfect balance of professionalism and energy.
The venue accommodates up to 200 guests and is available 8AM through 8PM, Monday - Friday. Layouts are available to suit your vision: seated presentations, collaborative workshops, or casual receptions. State-of-the-art AV technology makes it easy to deliver polished presentations or hybrid events and thanks to Hula’s vibrant lakeside campus, your guests will enjoy a setting that feels miles away from “just another meeting room.”
Whether you’re planning a cozy cocktail hour or a full-scale lecture, our largest venue adapts to fit your vision. Our five available layouts are:
Standard Layout
Our standard setup keeps things easy and inviting: breakout tables and couches that make it simple to talk, share ideas, and get things done together.
Staff Retreat & Small Conference Layout
Designed for staff retreats, board meetings, and small conferences, this configuration features active workspace for 40 individuals, plus breakout tables and couches for conversation or collaboration.
Lecture Layout
Ready for conferences up to 200 people with lecture-style seating as well and ample room for A/V support equipment. And remember that the Reef features two full-sized drop-down screens to make sure any presentation content is easy to view.
Networking & Soft Seating Layout
Plenty of space for stand-up and sit-down mingling, including multipe high-top tables and ample couches arranged to facilitate conversations. The bar is three steps from the space.
Full Clear Layout
Looking for a truly open floor-plan? We can flex into your needs by clearing the couches, tables and chairs away to help your event take the shape you envision.
