The investors, fund managers and capital partners operating out of Hula have become a thriving ecosystem who share one mission: to fuel the sustained future of entrepreneurship across our region.

Hula’s Capital capabilities were born from the vision behind The Fund at Hula, a seed-stage venture fund created to invest in innovative, high-growth companies that align with Hula’s mission to strengthen Vermont’s innovation economy.  As the Hula community thrived, a growing network of venture funds, angel investors, and family offices established themselves on our campus, making it one of the most active hubs for early-stage investment in Northern New England.

The growing community of investors on campus includes:

  • Dudley Fund, led by local entrepreneur-investors advancing regional venture leadership
  • Helios, a Vermont-based firm focused on technology and impact-driven ventures.
  • Hula Community Partners Fund, a program of Hula and investment vehicle established in partnership with the Vermont Economic Development Authority through US Treasury’s State Small Business Credit Initiative program.
  • MVP Ventures, a group that is hyper-focused on helping founders accelerate go-to-market, hire great talent, and unlock future growth capital
  • Red Clover Venture Partners, a new early-stage firm focused on Vermont's next generation of founders.
  • The Fund at Hula, focuses on founders building businesses with long-term, net-positive potential in Vermont.

Together, these funds represent a diversity of strategies and philosophies that reflect Hula’s belief that innovation thrives when capital is accessible, connected, and community-oriented.
